The service
Compliee (a product of Boom Media LLC) provides automated website accessibility scanning, monitoring, reporting, an accessibility statement generator, and a visitor-facing accessibility widget.
No compliance guarantee
Compliee is a tool that helps you find, monitor, and fix accessibility issues. Automated testing cannot detect every WCAG issue, and use of Compliee — including the widget — does not by itself make your website compliant with the ADA, WCAG, Section 508, or any other standard or law, and does not guarantee protection from legal claims. Full conformance typically requires manual review and remediation.
Acceptable use
Only scan websites you own or are authorized to test. Do not use the service to disrupt or overload third-party websites.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and can be canceled anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period.
Liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boom Media LLC's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
